    Recruitment is the whole process of finding a new employee.

    Selection is finding the best one from the applicants.

    Individual interview is one-to-one

    Group interview is one to many eg one applicant and several interviewers.

    I don’t really know what you mean. There are lots of management writers – too many. Their names and theories are scattered through the F1 notes, so read those. Theories are usually associated with their names.

    You really need more practice questions, so we always advise students to buy a Revision Kit from one of the publishers, such as BPP.

    The ACCA site also has a practice exam.
