A company is starting to produce a new product.
The first unit takes 25 hrs to produce.
learning rate is 75%
How long will it take the company to produce an additional 7 units?
we should ax*b a=25, x=7, then log thing but the answer is wrong can u guide me?
You should watch the lecture – I go through an almost identical example!!
Since they have already made 1 unit, an additional 7 will mean that they will have made 8 in total.
You need to calculate the total time from making 8 units (which will be 8 x the average time given by the formula; or you can find the average time by using the doubling rule) and subtract the time for the first.
thank U, got confused with the word additional
You are welcome 🙂
