hello sir.
very short question. Is the flexing and flexed budget is the same. Or the only difference that flexing is showing the results of actual performance at the standard cost at the different levels when flexed doing the same but at only one level of production. (actual). So flexing presumes different levels of production right. You didnt mention flexing budgets in the lectures thats why i want to be 100% sure.
Thanks sir!!!
Flexing is simply the word we use for the work in preparing the flexed budget 🙂
If I want a flea budget then I need to flex the original budget – I would be flexing the original budget.
(Flexing is the verb, flexed is the noun)
