How can we differentiate b/w reliance damages and expectation damages?

when we decide whether to award damages, we see at remotenessand then to the measure of damage or see at those and others seperately i.e whether it is financial, non financial, loss of enjoyment or restitution?

I’m not sure that the court applies any particular sequence when assessing a case.

If they make a decision in their minds that one party is culpable and should therefore be made to pay compensation, I suppose in the process of determining how much compensation should be paid the courts will then consider a combination of factors including all of those you have mentioned in your post
