i feel difficulty to understand this topic
Centralisation: decisions made by one person/head office
Decentralisation: many decisions made throughout the organisation
Centralised organisation is one in which authority / decision making is concentrated at one place. It offers greater control & Co-ordination.
Decentralisation implies delegation & autonomy to the lower levels of the organisation. It offers flexibility.
