“Agency are formed without the agent’s consent”
I just copied this question sir.
Could it be referring to that Agency created by Failure to deny ?I mean when the person dubbed principal is with an investor and a person dubbed agent is a mere friend of thé principal but he is introduced to the investor in a way which unless denied, lawfully entitles the investor to believe the dubbed agent is the real agent.

I just copied this question sir.Frederico, “Agency are formed without the agent’s consent” is not a question
There has to be something more! The example you suggest is more in line with the doctrine of estoppel where an agent acts as though s/he were an agent and the principal is aware of that fact even though there is no official arrangement between the two parties.
In that situation the principal is estopped from denying the status and authority of the other person even though no official agency relationship exists
That doesn’t sound to me like an agent being given that title without that agent’s consent
Give me the full question and let me think about it
