Common problems with registration on OpenTuition.com
1) Your username is already taken
Solution: Invent a new username, or and a number for example accastudent2012
2) No activation email has been received
Solution: Make sure that entered email address is valid and entered correctly.
Recently, we have noticed students do not receive activation emails – because they have already registered with that email address weeks or months ago.
You can only register one time with the same email address – click here to reset your password
Quite often activation email maybe found in your Spam/Junk Mailbox – please look there.
3) Activation error
At the moment as soon as you register you should be logged in automatically… so please ignore any activation errors.
