Question: Which TWO of the following are reasons for dismissal which would be justified as fair?
A. Capability or qualifications of the employee
B. Legal prohibitions relating to the employee
C. Refusal of employee to join a trade union
D. Taking part in unofficial industrial action
Correct answer is apparently A + B. But what about D? :-/. Isn’t this automatically justified also?
Where’s this one from? Please tell me it’s not one from OpenTuition!
I agree with you that D is also a fair ground for dismissal
OK?
Hi Mike
This time it’s the Kaplan revision textbook. It’s in their objective test question question bank. Thanks for confirming!
