@kudachikanza There were 2 questions on ROI and RI ,one about shortism, balance scorecard, KSI these from Performance Measurement and a few more as well
There were lots of questions from variances problems and theory as well,if u r following OT lectures there is a involving flexing budgets based on % of activity levels similar kind came up
In costing OHAR ,marginal costing,theory questions ,equivalent units,calculation of total cost for a job came up..
cant remember anythg from part 1 but majority were from PM,Budgeting and Variances..oh and couple involving perpetuity and NPV
