Anyone in this position?

Just wondered if anyone else is having problems booking exams through the myACCA exam entry online system? I ‘ve tried multiple times on different days and always get the same error:
“As payment was not completed during your previous visit you must re-book your Session CBE. Please wait 30 minutes from your initial booking then select Confirm Availability to continue.”
I’ve spoken to ACCA and the response was less than useful and amounted to ‘try again in a week’.
Anyone else had this problem?

December 3, 2016 at 12:17 pm #353401In the end I just kept trying, eventually was able to book. Try it at a time of day when it’s likely to be quieter on the site. ACCA are aware of the problem and are trying to sort a fix.
