sir,
I fail p4 third attempt, with 21, 36 and now 23. Where am I wrong. i studied ot notes, my kit. I felt I knew the topics better, but fail again. I have only till june to complete 2 papers( that is p4 and p7) . are they good combination. I feel like dropping now.
Advise me please, do I need to take tuition.July 18, 2016 at 7:22 am #326656I am sad that you have failed again 🙁
Have you watched our free lectures (and the lectures working through several question 1’s from past exams)?
If you have but still failed then it would be a good idea to take tuition.July 20, 2016 at 6:17 am #327873Hi sir
Thank you for replying.
To tell you frankly I watched the lectures only once , read the OT notes once, work out the Questions 1 only once.
I paid more emphasis on Q2,3 and 4.
Was I wrong.
I have started revising already. Paying more emphasis on every parts this time. More emphasis on Questions 1. IS THAT OK
OR do I need tuitionJuly 20, 2016 at 8:40 am #327913I think you should put a lot more emphasis on question 1.
If you do that and you feel more confident then hopefully you will be OK. However if you can afford to attend a course then it can only help you.

Sir,
I failed p4 and i would like to sit for September exams,my main problem with p4 is hedging and mergers and acquisitions, what should i do pass this paper?
Please advise the best way to study this paper and passJuly 21, 2016 at 2:13 pm #328222I would suggest that you download our free Study Guide (it is linked from the main P4 page). It has links to all the free lectures and suggests the best past exam questions to use for practice.
You must get a Revision Kit from one of the ACCA approved publishers because the more practice the better.
Also, do watch my free lectures working through several question 1’s from recent past exams, because in addition to obviously working through the calculations I do discuss the approach to the questions. - AuthorPosts
