Could you please list out the matters that require an ordinary resolution with special notice?
Sorry, I mean matters that require a special resolution as they’re a bit scattered throughout the notes not ordinary resolution with special notice as that is already listed clearly in the notes.
The simple answer is ‘No’!
There are approximately 36 of them, some rather more obscure than others
If a question is asked in your exam about ‘What type of resolution …?’ ask yourself ‘Is this a (company) life-changing / really, really, really important matter for the company?’
If it is, go for ‘special’
