In Operational Price or Operational Usage, Somewhere formula is “” (Actual Price/Qty – Revised Price/Qty) * Act Qty/Std Price “” and somewhere written “”(Revised Price/Qty – Actual Price/Qty) * Act Qty/Std Price “”.
Please tell me the real formula , is it ” actual – revised or revised – actual “. ??
Please Help.
They mean the same thing
You are comparing what you have actually done with what you revised it to (from std)
It is the difference between Actual and Revised
You usually do
Actual the diff – act to rev this gives operational
Revised the diff – rev to std this gives planning
Standard
