Does anyone know when the lecture notes will be updated for the September 23 exam?

There are only minor changes to the syllabus. I would suggest you could use existing notes and videos bearing in mind the changes to syllabus.You can find the details of the changes at end of pdf for syllabus 2023/24 on following link-
Also consider asking tutor directly when notes may be updated on ask the tutor forum. Hope this helps
