This will be the first time I’ve sat a CBE exam so I ask do ACCA provide the computers or do we bring our own laptops? If the latter, does that mean the software we will be using for the exam will be made available to us online – or do we download it?

If you mean on demand CBEs at a test centre or session CBEs in September https://www.accaglobal.com/gb/en/student/exam-entry-and-administration/enter-an-exam.html – you go to a centre which proves the equipment.
I’ve registered for two session CBEs (AAA and AFM) in September. I had figured that a remote session would require a candidate to use their own equipment but was unable to find anything on the ACCA site or any other sites about session exams. Thank you so much for your response.- greatly appreciated

From this page you can go “Back to” Study Resources which is the “portal” to ALL student resources. From there select “ACCA Qualification” and then AFM – bookmark this page and do the same for AAA. On these exam resources pages you can select CBE in the section “I am looking for resources to support”
