Hello, please explain part of answer at a)…17%.I don’t understand where did they get 2935000 amount! Thank you in advance
The current assets are 16,935, the current liabilities are 14,000.
Therefore the working capital is 16,935 – 14,000 = 2,935.
14,000 of the current assets are being financed from short-term finance, the net current assets (working capital) of 2,935 are being financed from long-term finance.
