Does anyone know if you get sent a certificate once you have passed and become a member? There was an email that mentioned a meeting in September where this was administered, but I havent received anything?
I found an old post on here from last year which said you don’t get sent one, is that correct? the communications from ACCA seem to suggest otherwise
October 26, 2015 at 9:07 am #278985Actually, just re-read an email, it says 6 weeks from September 17th, which is this Thursday
October 26, 2015 at 11:28 am #279009Hi, I’m in the same position as you and waiting for the certificate.
Is it best to just contact the ACCA directly if the certificate doesn’t arrive by this Thursday (give or take a few more days)?October 26, 2015 at 1:10 pm #279029I don’t really have any use for the certificate, other than putting it on the wall, so I am not in a rush. I just hoped there would be one sent on completion
Ill wait until next week, see if anything comes, then drop them an email or something
October 27, 2015 at 10:02 am #279225I think I’ll do likewise – if it arrives before then I’ll let you know!
PS – congratulations on qualifying!October 27, 2015 at 12:56 pm #279256I’m waiting on my certificate also and I asked ACCA why I have’t got it yet, apparently there was some kind of problem with the certificate printers and I’ve been told we have to wait an additional 6 weeks.
October 27, 2015 at 3:05 pm #279274I have also just spoken to the ACCA and they say that the issue has been ‘resolved’ and they will be sending the certificates out this week…… but it could take up to six weeks for them to reach us – fortunately only a couple of weeks max for UK/Ireland.
It would have helped had the ACCA actually notified us that there was a problem to begin with!October 28, 2015 at 11:26 am #279375So, I got my welcome pack through today (no certificate yet!) and am I the only person slightly disappointed? You would think the pen would be slightly better than the naf plastic one – for £211 I was expecting a bit more!
And as for sending a CD – the 2000’s are calling and want it back!October 28, 2015 at 4:42 pm #279415At least your pen wasn’t broken on arrival like mine!
November 9, 2015 at 12:12 pm #281259Mine came on the weekend, anyone else?
November 9, 2015 at 2:39 pm #281274Yes mine arrived this morning in fact.
November 9, 2015 at 8:07 pm #281325My pen was also broken on arrival today. I can live with it!
