hi sir,
in kaplan i have read that an engagement partner needs to be rotated after no more than SEVEN years for a listed client and in the past papers the safeguard to the same threat is given by saying an engagement partner needs to be rotated after no more than FIVE years.. so has the five years been revised to seven or both the years are for different cases?Yes it has now being changed…partner should be rotated after 7 years …. to reduce threat to an acceptable level
