Its been more than 4 days i have passed my exam (Financial Accounting) through remote based exam Proctar U. I have received Provisional Result but my transcript is not being updated.
I have already communicated this issue through email and call (acca global).
Their response:
‘It appears that your examination result file has not been uploaded upon completion of your FA exam on 15 March 2021’Now i am worried as to why is it taking so much time for my transcript to be updated.
That isn’t a question that we can answer – I suggest you follow up on the e-mail correspondence that you have already started or send another new enquiry using the form here https://forms.accaglobal.com/contact-us
