Simple answer is ….. NO!
It’s no longer referred to as F4. The modern title is the Law paper
You choose whichever variant is presumably most appropriate for your residence and your aspirations. Are you hoping to live and work in UK? Then the Enflish variant is the choice for you. If you’re aiming to work anywhere other than UK, then it’s a toss-up between English and Global.
