what is the meaning of strategic weakness how do we explain it
It really means that the organisation will not be successful as it stands. Whether it can be rescued or save itself depends on the problem. Examples include:
1 Current products have become unpopular and the company hasn’t yet developed replacememts. Eg diesel cars if hybrid cars have become popular.
2 Having your major market in a country where trasing has become difficult.
3 A poor reputation.
4 A high cost base for manufacturing when competitors can make goods much more cheaply.
ok thanxs 🙂
