    Can you please explain how average pay per employee is calculated in December 2014 question 1. I’m having a complete blank. Thanks

    Staff costs and staff numbers are provided in Appendix 2. So, for Boltzman

    4,731,000,000/86,620 = 54,618.

    Similarly for GM
