I passed the Dec 2011 exam, so I can give a breakdown later when I have more time. In the meantime, to convert the grams into kilograms, you can divide by 1000. Is that what you did?

Here’s how you get 2066.67 for honey.

The actual quantity of materials used is 4650kg (2200kg of honey + 1400kg of sugar + 1050kg of syrup).

The ratio of honey used in the standard mix is 20/45 (each unit uses 20 grams of honey, and the total weight is 45 grams).

Therefore, to get the standard mix for honey, 4650 * 20/45 = 2066.67.

    Hope that helps.
