    Hi Ken

    Would you say it is important to read ALL the questions before going into reading / highlighting the scenario and answering the questions.

    What I have found is that I would only read the first question, read scenario and then answer. I would then discover that I had answered the second question’s points due to cross over points that could be made. (Swifts attractiveness for acquisition can also be part of the porters diamond as well!)
    I take it that if you mention something in part (a) you would not get additional marks for the same point in (b).

    You should read all the requirements of a question before starting to produce any answer. Otherwise, as you identify, you might make points in the wrong part of your answer.

    A kind marker might carry out a reassignment of marks, but the electronic system used by markers when marking scaned scripts can make this difficult.
