Hi,
I am currently at my hometown but planning to work in UK when I get my certification. But since there are a lot of uncertainties surrounding this plan, I am torn which variant to choose for my AAA exam.
1. Will my audit practice be limited to UK if I get the UK variant?
2, If I choose the INT variant, will I find it hard to get an auditing job in the UK?
Thank you!
1. You don’t need AA-UK unless you are going to be a partner in a firm signing auditor’s reports – this is a very, very, very small proportion of auditors in the UK. See here https://opentuition.com/topic/aaa-int-vs-uk If, in the unlikely event you need AAA-UK, you could always sit it post-qualification.
2. No
Always grateful for your guidance! Thank you very much!
