Hi sir,
13500 cash consideration has been deducted from Financail asset 15800 (16000-200). I just wonder where 13500 came from.I believe that it’s 9,000 shares acquired costing $1.50 each. This is the cash element of the consideration paid by Polestar when Polestar acquired 75% of the Southstar equity shares

Thank you , I ignored that P has recorded its investment in S at the cost of the immediate cash payment.
