Video Server Error

‘RTMP server not found’ error on the browser?

Check if any firewall is blocking the RTMP streams.
Please contact your network administrator or Internet Provider. This could happen when you try to access the stream from your office or campus networks.

Server error (troubleshooting)

Did you receive such an error while trying to watch videos:
Server not found rtmp://r.acca.opentuitioncom.netdna-cdn.com:80/play

Please complete those steps below and send us back the results by email (ad***@*********on.com).
– your location,
– your IP address, (get it here>>)
– check what Datacenter is hosting video (click on this link: https://debug.netdna-cdn.com/ and send back the result
– send the results of traceroute and ping (see below how to get this)

ping p.acca.opentuitioncom.netdna-cdn.com
tracert p.acca.opentuitioncom.netdna-cdn.com

– send a link to a page where the video is having problems

so we can forward it to people who host our lectures, and they will check it

Please note:

If you have received in Ping results for example:
Packets: Sent = 4, Received = 4, Lost = 0 (0% loss),
It means, connection to server with lectures is fine – but you are behind a firewall – so you have to contact your internet provider for help, and there is no point in sending us the results.

PING and TRACERT On Microsoft Windows computers:

In Accessories you will find a program called: Command Prompt

servererr1

Please type / copy these 2 commands one at a time, press enter and when you receive the results, please save/copy it  and email it to us

ping p.acca.opentuitioncom.netdna-cdn.com

tracert p.acca.opentuitioncom.netdna-cdn.com
servererr2

Please send all your results here: ad***@*********on.com  so our video hosting provider can investigate your problems.

      as it says: Packets: Sent = 4, Received = 4, Lost = 0 (0% loss),

0% Lost means, connection to video is fine, BUT your pc is behind a firewall.. so contact your internet provider for help, (they should be able to open on their network,, OR tell you what you should do to open it on your PC)
