The lecture covering “Sequence of distribution of assets in a liquidation” and “Prescribed Part” aren’t available, is it available on a different website or there isn’t a lecture on the afore mentioned topics. Kindly do answer

    Good afternoon sir

I was going through the notes and I got a little confused about the meaning of outstanding capital in the lecture notes, normally it means that equity in public hands? If that is so then how come you have preference shareholders and ordinary shareholders?

If there is a lecture, then it’s already on the site

Is there a problem with the course notes that you feel the need for a lecture in addition to the notes?

NB it was lucky that I saw this – in future, if you want to guarantee that I’ll respond, post your questions on the Ask ACCA Tutor page

    OK?

Hi, is there a lecture covering the sequence of distribution of assets in a liquidation and the ‘prescribed part’ before we move on to Wrongful trading?
