    Hi,

    In calculating the diluted EPS with convertibles we use the issue of shares that will be the most dilutive and hence the number chosen in the example.

    Hi K.Ronik Akkhas, I think it’s because to be prudent, he picked the worst case scenario. This was the option of 125 shares per every 100 loan stock.

    excellent lecture. I appreciate your effort for such simple way teaching, I have question about, why we did not account for 31st december 2007 , 120 shares for every 100 loan stock. plz make me clear about it ,
