Hi For illustration shouldn’t we add (10000+15000)=25000 and not add to 40000 since in 23/24 we have remaining of 15000 so how add again the 40000 of 23/24 and it has already been partly used.
Hi, I think the 40,000 was added because this is the amount he is entitled to in 2023/24 and the remaining 15,000 is the unused allowance. Not sure if this is correct though.

Need clarifications where she adds another 40k on top of the remaining 15K (40k-25k) remaining for 2023/24.

Example 1 allowed 10+40-25=25 (or 10+15= 25)

After reading through the previous illustrations, I think she did it incorrectly and it is supposed to be 25,000. Can anyone else confirm?
