    Rob had ANI of £8000 and Remy his wife had ANI of £80000 is it possible to elect for a marriage allowance under this circumstance ?

    For instance,
    If we have a Non saving income of 110,000, saving income of 20,000 and dividend income of 10,000 giving a total income of 140,000.
    please what is the personal allowance for this question.

      If there is no qualifying interest, gift aid and personal pension contribution then the personal allowance for this question is nil as the total of 140,000 exceeds an adjusted net income of 123,000
