Oh Mike. Why must you tease us about your car. Now i really want to buy it. Is it a tactic?, cuz it’s working.

Too late – I exchanged it for a bar of soap and a cauliflower – and I believe I got the better deal! Although the cauliflower is long gone, the bar of soap is still going strong 馃檪 Unlike the car!

Sir u Said That offer still exist when accepted. How? I mean if I accept the offer than we will sign a contract and there is no need that offer exist anymore?

Surely the 11th bullet on the first slide in the lecture (Termination of offer) tells us that acceptance terminates an offer

      Or have I misunderstood him?

So it exists right up until the moment of acceptance and then …. after acceptance, it no longer exists

Hi Sir, How offer will be distinguished from the statement that ‘I intend to sell you X for 500’ or ‘I intend to buy X for 500 from you..? Or when customers ask for information on the phone call about some product they intend to buy, They ask for the quotation? I feel its very tricky to distinguish the request or an response to request from an offer while doing business… Sorry for bothering you.

Please give me the time in the lecture at which I mention rejection / refusal and I can check the context for myself

    Thanks

        Phew! That’s a tricky one!

I suppose we could say that rejection is where I make an offer and you say “No”

In my mind there was a reasonable probability that you might accept, but you said “No”

Refusal seems to be more a matter of me making an offer to an unwilling offeree who, despite all my best efforts at persuading, with a strong mind steadfastly refuses to accept

        Is that OK for you?

Hello,, thanks for ur keen services, are really prolific for us.
Can you please discriminate rejection n refusal delivered in lecture, because of resemblance, causing confusion.
