Hello! These lectures are really good and easy to understand… May I please know if these lectures would be valid for the April 2025 Law Examinations as well… I just wanted to confirm. Thank you in advance.
Neha! Today is 26th March. April starts next Tuesday. And the exam is in April. So, 5 days before the exam month, you are asking if the lectures are valid for an exam in less than one month’s time!
Dare I say that you are very fortunate? What if I had said ‘No! The notes are all now redundant. But good luck in your exam next week!’ FORTUNATELY, the notes and lectures ARE valid for April 2025 and onwards into the future until such time as it’s necessary for me to update them. But that is not in the foreseeable future.
OK?
And might I suggest that, for your future exams, you check on the validity of the course material some time well before the last minute?
Good luck in April and, should you have any last-minute questions, do please post them on the Ask ACCA Tutor forum and I shall get back to you

Hi Mike,
I’ll like to ask – what is the difference between “House of Commons” and “House of Lords”?
Also, you didn’t explain what “royal accent” means.
Thank you!
I’ve answered this in the Ask ACCA Tutor forum 馃檪
The lecture is good. But I am having a hard time listening the volume is full but I still can’t hear properly sometimes.
Hi Mike,
What the difference between a statute and other types of Laws say civil law, criminal law, common law and equity law?
Thanks Mike. The lecture was good. Statute has to do with Act of Parliament (legislation) right?
