Only after accepting liability will the drawee be known as an acceptor but if the drawee fails to sign their acceptance of liability, then the drawee will remain as a drawee. It’s only after acceptance that that title will change

It’s an issue with spelling. If you look intently it is not through but thorough which isn’t even a bill of lading
