For no place for delivery specified (no.2), what does “the convention implies terms into the contract” means? Does it means that the terms are assumed in the contract? My English is not very good so I don’t really understand sorry.

Yes. In the absence of specific terms within the contract, the convention will imply into the contract standardised terms

      OK?

LW Global Chapter 6 Questions International Sale Of Goods Contracts
Question 5 – answer is not correct. Per article:
The buyer loses the right to rely on a lack of conformity of the goods if they do not give notice to the seller specifying the lack of conformity within a reasonable time after they discovered it or ought to have discovered it: Article 39. If they do not inform the seller within two years of goods being handed over, the right is usually lost: Article 39.

There is no anything about 2 months

The question asks for the statement that is INCORRECT so the incorrect answer is that option that mentions ‘2 months’

Therefore the quiz answer is correct in identifying that option

Exactly, the “2 months” are the wrong component of that answer, as it contradicts the specified duration of “2 years”. The latter part of the question pointedly entreats you to pick the INCORRECT/OUTLIER option of the 4 given, thus rendering whichever incorrect statement the correct test question answer.

It would seem that, in my absence, Barbjohn got it right! If you’re still around, Barbjohn, belated thanks for your input
