Thank you for the questions, but from my point of view some of them are not explained in the material book, also the the notes are different, I’m studying at Kaplan book.
Fortunately there are very few appearances in the Law paper based on Sharia Law so I wouldn’t get excited about this particular area of confusion. What IS imperative is that you acquire at the earliest opportunity a revision kit from one of the approved suppliers, Kaplan or BPP. I have been hesitant to start studying for my LW module because I find comfort in numbers. So, thank you for this. I will later on be purchasing a practice kit but for now this will do. Thanks again Sir and team.

Thank you for the comment … but there really is no substitute to getting hold of a revision kit / exam kit from one of the approved publishers and endless, endless, endless question practice.
