It should clearly states” Money Laundering ” Not Only ”Laundering” (This is indication of washing clothes)

    Yes, you’re correct – sorry

The question is written incorrectly and should have been “Which of the following is not an element involved in the process of money laundering under the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002?”

Then the answer is correct when it identified “laundering”

Thank you for pointing this out … despite my earlier assertion that the question and answer were both correct – that will teach me to be more careful as I read the question!

Why is “laundering” the correct answer?

Q3 should be what is an offence in the context of money laundering?

        Hi Mike,

But the notes say Laundering is an offence under the Crime Act 2002 and could be punished by up to 14 years imprisonment?
