In question 4 , can we assume that all new audit client are non first audit clients? and that all their opening balances are audited?
Yes (I don’t think many companies make $20m in 1st year of trading). Also, “ISA 510 Initial Audit Engagements – Opening Balances” is NOT examinable in AA so you would not have the potential complication that prior year was not audited.
