    I like to clarify question 6.

    The Key word ‘Offer’ and ‘Do as asked’, felt more like a negative impact. Similar to a bribery or threats.

    I picked my answer as coercive/ charismatic .

    But i do not know understand why the correct answer is reward. Please advise thank you.

    • In this context, “offer” implies that the manager is providing something desirable, such as a raise or promotion, as an incentive. The employee has the option to accept or reject this offer. The intent is positive—to encourage the employee to perform well or meet certain expectations. While “Do as asked” might seem directive, it simply means that the employee is being asked to complete a task or meet a goal in exchange for a reward. It’s not a threat, but rather a transaction.
      Coercive power would involve threats or punishment, like “If you don’t do this, you will face negative consequences.
      Charismatic power would rely on the leader’s personality to inspire action, without necessarily offering tangible rewards.
