Well because it can. Read the question – it says which statement is TRUE – your quoted statement was false thus it can be a commercial organisation.
it can be a commercial organisation….that’s why that option was false.

its only one chapter. I thik u thinking too deep. This is AB level – its not supposed to be hard yet. Dont waste time. Its not rocket science, u only need to remember few phrases and in which context they are used and what they mean.
I scored 100% but I suggest to have different questions in the same topic
These are only relatively simple questions to briefly test your retention.
You MUST buy a revision kit from Kaplan or BPP (20% discount on BPP,if bought through this site) to give enough practice at a high enough level.

For exam-standard questions you just buy a revision kit/exam practice kit from BPP (20% discount if ordered through this site) or Kaplan.
