      You will be aware of the effect of culture. For example, whenever you join a new organisation, whether school or college or work, you tend to go carefully for the first couple of days or couple of weeks until you see how people behave, and then you usually try to fit in.

    What is the Difference Between Role and Task Culture?

      See p26 of our notes.

      Role cultures are very rigid and restricted to job descriptions.

      Task cultures concentrate on getting the task done even if you stray outside your strict job description.

      There is quite different
      In role culture it’s based on functional of the organization, that mean Hr manager control all subordinates in hr and reports and contributes in decision making.
      Whilst task role is job has to be done without regarding the roles of staff, all their work on sole purpose to complete the task, even their are In different grades and roles.
