Dear Kim, i hope you are well.
Kindly advice me regarding how to answer the scenario question i have been studying AA from your lectures and BPP textbook. My question is this that is it necessary for us to quote the “ISAs” , “ISQC” and”IESBA” standards and statements or conclusion of those standards in our descriptive answers? Thank you,
Hello sir. Is it sufficient if i read only the AA notes provided and answer many questions from the question bank or should i buy a study text from Kaplan, BPP or Becker ? Plz help. Thankyou 馃檪
If you are using the notes AND following the lectures AND attempting the practice tests and reading the examining team guidance and technical articles on ACCA’s www you shouldn’t need a text also. Do check out all the resources https://opentuition.com/acca/aa/ – there are flashcards too. Many students have said that they found these resources sufficient for their needs – some still prefer to have a study text. Also note that the ISAs and the Code of Ethics are also freely available if you want sources of reference to dip into for specific topics.
