Has anyone experienced any issues with ACCA remote exams? I was meant to sit the FR paper on Thursday 10th December 2023. My computer passed all the system checks on the previous Monday and again on the morning of the exam. The problem arose when I was trying to communicate with proctor, they couldn’t hear me on the microphone of my laptop so after phoning me I restarted my computer 3 times and performed the system test as well to no avail. Eventually I was told too much time has passed and was not allowed to do the paper.
I contacted ACCA regarding this and they claim my system failed the test even though I did not receive any message saying that. They are requesting evidence like a screen shot to prove my system passed which I do not have. I now will loose my exam fee plus I will have to wait until March 2024 to sit the paper. Has anyone else has similar problems?
