I am new to Acca and wanted to find out how this forum can help me. From accessing full syllabus to maybe getting exam dates and all that.

The purpose of this forum is to provide help when you have any problems while studying the various topics (using our free lectures which cover everything needed to be able to pass the exam well) and to explain anything that you are not clear about when practicing questions from your Revision Kit.
If you have a look at previous posts in this forum you will see the sort of questions that students have posted (and my answers 🙂 )
For administrative issues such as looking at the syllabus or exam dates you need to look at the ACCA website where they are all listed. (Although for Paper MA it is an on-demand exam so you can take the exam on any date subject to arranging it with your local provider – again this is all explained on the ACCA website.)
