Is there any point in raising an appeal against my mitigating circumstances?

In my march session exam, I’ve faced the following difficulties.
1: I was on call with the proctor for 30 minutes before the exam due to network connectivity issues, the proctor made me do my system test again and it was a success, but proctor said they weren’t able to see me.
2: chat box popped up multiple times while i was writing the exam, and none of my texts were delivering. At one point, i kept yelled at the camera that I wasn’t able to text.
3: proctor kept calling me in the middle of my exam for more than 5 times, i wasn’t able to pick any if the calls so i had to change my cellular device in the middle of my exam to take the calls.
4:Proctor said my camera wasn’t working and we were on call for more than 15mins.
5: I got disturbed multiple times and had to relaunch my exam in the middle of writing it.

All though they helped me to troubleshoot and clear task managers,i lost more than 25mins of my exam time altogether.

All of these happening in the middle of my exam Made me panic, lose my train of thoughts and affected in me being able to successfully complete my exam.

I’ve applied for mitigating circumstances but my result was 46, I’m more than capable of scoring that 4 marks if it wasn’t for all the technical issues i faced and losing 20-30 mins of my exam time.

So please tell me if there’s any point in raising an appeal to reconsider my mitigating circumstances? Is it gonna be a lost cause?
