Hello all
I am currently pursuing ACCA which is an integrated course. It has 6 exemptions, so I have 3 papers left in F-Level and then P Level. I have been struggling to pass them.I was recently made aware that there are integrated courses which offer 9 exemptions.
If I choose that course (Post – Graduate), I will be able to get a PG degree by the end of 2 years as well as have 9 exemptions, which means I only have to focus on P Level papers.
Is this allowed? Are there any rules against this? I am not sure that this will be accepted. Kindly clarify.

I don’t really understand your query – ACCA doesn’t have any rules against giving its own exceptions. What is “this” that you are asking whether it will be accepted?
The only thing ACCA NEVER gives exemption for exams at the strategic professional level.
March 9, 2023 at 6:44 pm #680890Hi. I’ll try to break it down.
I did my UG degree from 2019 – 2022. The degree also had an integrated course with ACCA. Hence, I have received 6 exemptions.
I have been struggling to complete FR, AA and FM.
My query:
I recently became aware that some colleges are offering degrees integrated with ACCA which offer 9 exemptions. So, can I cancel my current subscription(which offers 6 exemptions) and choose the degree which offers 9 exemptions? This means that I only have to attempt the Strategic Professional Level papers.
Is the above process accepted?
I hope I was clear this time. Looking forward to your reply.
March 10, 2023 at 6:48 am #680933I think you should enquire of a college offering 9 exemptions or ACCA directly https://www.accaglobal.com/gb/en/footer-toolbar/contact-us.html
To be honest, passing FR, AA and FM would provide a better foundation for the SP Exams SBR, AAA and AFM. I read a post only yesterday where a student said that APM was not an option for them because they had exemption from PM.
Maybe you could use our resources and forums to help you pass.
