Sir in this Qs part (a) is of 10 marks and in examiner marking scheme it is written that upto 2 marks per impact. In examiner marking scheme, three of bullet points are:

–Unwillingness to contribute extra when change occurs
    – Active resistance when new processes introduced
    – Coercive introduction of change may increase staff resistance

In actual examiner answer these 3 points are covered in the heading of “Change” and in this heading answer written by examiner is as follows

    Change:

The actual move to the new premises is likely to require employees making a commitment of time greater than their normal employment to ensure disruption is kept to a minimum. Employees may be unwilling to make this extra commitment if they are not rewarded for it.

This is also the time when new processes will be introduced. If employees have not tried to learn them properly or resent them, there is a risk that management could face active resistance from employees, increasing the level of disruption which the move will cause. At the extreme, management direction or coercion could be required. Whilst this may be effective in pushing through the changes, it may also be counter-productive, increasing employees’ resistance and requiring further management time to resolve. All of these could result in service to customers being disrupted

Sir my Qs is that if some one write same above examiner answer, then how much marks he would be awarded? will he be awarded 6 marks because those 3 bullets points given in examiner marking scheme are covered in the above answer? Or will he be given 2 marks or 4 marks for the above answer?

If you write the same answer as the examiner I assume you would get full marks. The examiner does not try to write inadequate answers.
