Sir, in the formula sheet, formula of CAPM and growth model is already given in the formula sheet. So in our solution do we have to write these general formulas or not?
Also if e.g any formula in NOT given in the formula sheet. So in our solution do we have to write the general formula of that formula?
You do not need to write out the formulas provided your workings are clear enough for the marker to follow.
When using the functions available in the spreadsheet, the marker is able to see what functions you have used and so again there is no need to write them down separately.
So like we know Ke= Rf + (Rm-RF)Be
So I do not write above general formula and instead directly use figs and calcuate the answer? E.g Ke= 5% + (10%-5%)*2%
