Q2 (b) Evaluate the strategic and ethical implications to SmartWear of the planned shop closures in Noria and the withdrawal from Centrum.
Does it make sense strategic and ethical implications to SmartWear to be developed in the answer under SAF model?
For example under Suitability subheading I state that the decision is appropriate because of the cost savings, ensuring resources which could be invested in more profitable areas like e-commerce investments, Southland market penetration and so on.
Under Acceptability I evaluate the decision from different stakeholders perspectives.
Generally I found many relevant points in my answer compared to model answer, but structured in a different way. In the model answer strategic and ethical implications are stated as 2 subheadings.
Yes, indeed, SFA is very useful for appraising strategies and the model is well-recognised by examiners and markers. I’m a big fan.
