Sir my understanding is that transfers relating to investment property(IP), whether from IP to inventory or owner occupied, (or vice-versa) what matters the most is whether IP is going to be valued(or is currently valued) at fair value basis or cost model. Depending on that we will decide whether the non-IP asset will be revalued or not at the time of transfer. Is that correct sir?
